These sessions are for you if you need additional support or have missed a session.
The Back to Academia program is for you if you are returning to postgraduate study after a period of absence and are either starting your proposal or working on it, and you need more basic skills, guidance, and support.
The Get Back On Track program is for you if you have already made progress at the proposal or dissertation stage, but need to accelerate your progress with more advanced skills, guidance, and support.
That’s absolutely fine. The sessions are scheduled in the early evenings and the tasks are realistic for busy professionals. You’ll be supported to make steady progress without burnout.
You’re welcome! The tools and guidance in this program will help you find or refine your topic, and structure your introduction, literature review, and defend your methodology.
Don’t worry; the weekly calls are all recorded and uploaded to the platform within 24 hours, so you can watch and listen in your own time. In addition, the weekly mentoring session is a recap of the live session, so you are advised to attend and make up for what you missed.
The program has a series of milestones to complete and upload, based on your proposal or dissertation. You will receive individualised feedback and earn Xperiencify points for completing these and other activities, helping you to master key aspects of your dissertation.
There are 8-weekly group coaching calls, 75-90 minutes, that feed off the materials of the previous week. The sessions are guided, interactive, and supportive. They provide you with a safe space where you can discuss your research so you can stay on track confidently, gain real-time guidance, and make progress.
These are 60-75-minute Q&A weekly sessions to support you. They repeat the topics covered in the live call of the week, and so, they also serve as catch-up sessions if you missed the live session. You may not find it necessary to attend all these sessions if you attend the live sessions, but we would love to see you there!
If you achieve all the milestones of the program on time and complete all other tasks, and your supervisor says there is still no improvement in your work, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as schools and supervisors have their own rules and requirements. However, you will learn new skills and gain clarity and confidence through the program, so you will complete the program with a much-improved piece of work.
No, that would not be feasible. In the program, you will learn essential skills required for the introduction, literature, and methodology sections of your proposal, saving you time and accelerating your progress. In the future, you will learn many other skills and grow as a scholar over the months and years you spend in your postgraduate studies.
We’re confident that if you engage fully with the Get Back on Track program, you’ll see real, tangible progress on your dissertation.
That’s why we offer two powerful guarantees to eliminate any risk on your part:
Progress Guarantee – Full Refund
If you actively participate and meet the program milestones, but still haven’t made any measurable progress on your dissertation by the end of the 9 weeks, we’ll refund your full payment.
To qualify, we simply ask that you:

Attend at least half (4) of the Q&A support sessions in addition to all the live sessions,
Complete all activities and milestones on time within the program,
Apply what you’ve learned within the program to your dissertation,
Provide a brief letter from your supervisor confirming that no progress has been made on your dissertation between the program’s start and end.
